Nutley Seniors Holiday Party!

The Yantacaw PTO Nutley Seniors Community Service Party took place this past Sunday, December 15th, and it was a huge success! Led by the 6th grade Graduation Community Service Committee Chair Crista E. Knott, the first annual special event included a delicious meal catered by Napoli, cake/cookies, beverages, bingo, a mini tricky tray and craft making for our Nutley Seniors.

The 6th grade students worked all day setting-up the event, leading the activities with the seniors, cleaning up and most important making the seniors feel super special during this holiday season! Everyone walked away with prizes, gifts and most importantly, SMILES. The kids learned to serve others while our seniors felt loved!

Thank you to all who donated and contributed to this event to help make it a success! 

A very special Thank You to Chair Crista E. Knott for her leadership on the 6th grade community service project and her personal donations for all of the food and the branded tote bags (for over 100 Nutley seniors)!
