Yantacaw PTO is a non-profit 501(c)(3).
Our organizational mission is to invest in Yantacaw School and students through volunteering, donating and fundraising. Yantacaw PTO is an advocate for students, a support for faculty and a relevant resource for families, district schools and our community. We strive to be a strong advocate for the well-being and education of each child.
PTO funds PTO programs, graduation savings and school gifts. Throughout the year, the money is pooled into a general fund and then allocated accordingly based on executive board vote.
Gift ideas are collected and vetted throughout the year. Once fundraising is completed and projections for the remainder of the year are reviewed, gift ideas are finalized with the principal, voted on by exec board and announced to the larger PTO in May.
*All yearly fundraising programs should complete before determination of final numbers and decision on allocations (gift and graduation allocation).
